The brand needs to take care of the warehousing, Photography, account reconciliation, brand communication and creatives. However, for all the given services we have trusted agency partners that can provide the above mentioned services.

The team comprises a team leader, an account manager and an advertising manager. The team leader is responsible for the overall strategy deployment and keeping the milestones in check for the brand. Account managers are your point of contact and would be the go to person for all operational matters on the account. Advertising manager would work closely with the account manger to drive qualified traffic to our listings to grow both organic and inorganic sales over time.

Clients can escalate any matter to the team leader on email, Whatsapp or a phone call. If the client is not satisfied with the team leader’s action, they can further escalate the matter to the senior management and the same would be taken up within 48 hours.
