Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a history of driving business growth for service agencies. The candidate should possess skills related to research and strategic analysis. He should be a good communicator and have content development and content marketing skills. Basic understanding of social media management, SEO, SEM will be required.
The candidate should have excellent powerpoint and xls skills and should be comfortable working in an unstructured and multi-tasking environment. The candidate will directly work with the Founder & CEO. The candidate should think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business metrics.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities – identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Manage the digital marketing and outreach for Upriver. This includes content creation, SEO, SEM, social media marketing etc.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Make strategic analysis and presentations for senior management and investors.
  • Assist the top manager in work related to establishment of new partnerships, contract drafting and other strategic projects.
